About the Product
The formula contains 8 nutrients: Vitamin C (300 mg), Vitamin B12 (100 µg), Vitamin B6 (4 mg), Vitamin B1 (20 mg), Vitamin B2 (20 mg), Vitamin D3 (15 µg), Magnesium (150 mg), and Zinc (10 mg). Full details are on the Ingredients page.

Taking the Supplement
Take one capsule per day, preferably with a main meal and a full glass of water. The capsule can be taken in the morning or evening - whichever fits your schedule best. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose of one capsule.
