Vitamin C is naturally found in citrus fruits, rosehip, kiwifruit and berries - all familiar ingredients in home kitchens. As a nutrient, it contributes to the normal function of the immune system and to normal collagen formation for the normal function of skin.

In Kiralis Multivitamin Source, Vitamin C is provided as L-ascorbic acid - the most widely studied form of this nutrient.

The B-Group: A Core Energy Metabolism Nutrient Family

B-vitamins are commonly found in whole grains, legumes, eggs and leafy greens - everyday foods in a balanced diet. Each B-vitamin in this formula is included at a level that contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Vitamin B12 in particular contributes to normal psychological function - it is included at 100 µg per capsule as methylcobalamin.
